Q&A

How did you get into the sport?
I wanted a motorbike from a young age. I got my first motorbike on my sixth birthday. That is how my passion for the sport started.

What does an average week look like for you?
I do sports twice a day, which varies from active to very intensive. I am currently doing an internship with my personal trainer as part of my Sport and Exercise course. I also ride my bike two or three times a week.

How often do you train per week, how many hours and what does your training schedule look like?
As I said, I train at least 2 times a day. This is on average 14 hours per week outside the motorbike training. I'm talking about cycling, running, circuits and strength training. When the weather allows it, I also train 2 or 3 times a week on the bike. I usually do 3 sessions of 30 minutes each.

What are your goals/ambitions in life, both personal and sporting?
My ultimate goal is to become world champion in the women's class (WMX).

Why did you choose RXDGear?
Because I have to work out every day, not only with my personal trainer but also at home, so I found out that the materials I use are not sufficient. I then started doing research, and when I came across the website it appealed to me very much. The style, communication and staff are top notch and also Dutch.
